TRACKING YOUR PACKAGES

Tracking information for your recent orders is available on your My Orders page. It can take up to 10 business days from the date of payment for this to update. Tracking information is not available for gift cards valued under $250.

"SHIPS BY" DATES

Auctions with a "Ships By" date offer pre-sale items that are not yet ready for shipping. The indicated date is an estimate of when the item will be shipped. Items should arrive within 10 business days of this date.

RETURNS

We accept returns for products within 7 days of receiving the item. If for some reason your product does not match the description, we will replace it for free. If you believe there is a problem with your order, contact our Support Team.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We are happy to replace damaged or defective items at no cost to you. Just contact our Support Team within 7 days of receiving the item and we'll get you squared away.
