Don’t Psyche Yourself Out and Make DealDash Mistakes

dealdashDealDash can be fun, but sometimes if you think about winning too much you can psyche yourself out. Read this article, it will help.

Newbies and long-time DealDash players alike can think about winning a certain auction and psyche themselves out. This can lead to less enjoyment when using DealDash. Bidding in auctions is supposed to be fun and entertaining, not stressful. There are a few things that you can do to lessen the chance of psyching yourself out, so read on for more information from DealDash.

Pay Attention – But Don’t Stress

I know that I will occasionally watch as auction as it’s going, just waiting for the right time to jump in and bid. Honestly, that’s a good way to psyche yourself out, just waiting and watching. It would be a better plan, in my opinion, to simply place 1 bid to keep yourself in the game. This way you can relax a little, and not be constrained to thing that you need to jump in bidding before you’re ready.

Once you have taken the pressure off of yourself and you know that you aren’t locked out of the auction then you can relax and observe. You can pay attention to the bidders coming and going before you make your move.

Once-in-a-Lifetime Auctions are Rare

Occasionally there will be a “one-off” auction on DealDash that never returns. I can only think of a few things that were only auctioned once and never to be seen again. I know that many people can feel psyched out if they think it’s their “one big chance” to get something.

You can alleviate this feeling by simply browsing through the future auctions on DealDash, or typing the item into the search bar. If you see that there is another auction for the same item starting the next day then there’s no reason to psyche yourself out about “missing” this one if you aren’t able to win.

If you see the item when you do a search, but there isn’t a starting time listed it means that it will most likely be back, but there isn’t yet a second auction for this item scheduled. You can just set an alert, and DealDash will send you an email when this item is going to return to DealDash.

How to Set an Alert

After finding an auction that you would like to be notified on, look on the right side of the screen. There will be a blue button that says “Alert Me”. Click on the “Alert Me” button, then when the item is coming up for auction DealDash will send you an email. You can keep yourself calm because you know that DealDash will let you know when the item of your choice will be back for bidding.

DealDash Bidding Resolutions

DealDash

What are your New Year’s DealDash bidding resolutions this year?

There are many different bidding resolutions that you could choose to make this year. It all depends on how much you use DealDash and what your bidding style is, but here are some common bidding resolutions that you could choose to make this year. Read on for more information on bidding resolutions.

Resolve to Get Free Bids

DealDash loves to give free bids to their loyal bidders. Did you know that you can get free bids for just visiting DealDash and placing a bid? It sounds strange and like a trick, but it’s 100% legit. DealDash will give you between 4-30 bids every time you visit DealDash and place a bid on consecutive days. If you come and bid for a whole week on consecutive days you will end up earning 30 bids on the 7th day!

If you’ve been bidding on DealDash you are probably familiar with this one, but you always receive time on your time clock for being the highest bidder in a DealDash auction. As you bid your time clock meter starts filling up with green when you are the highest bidder. Once your little green meter at the bottom of your screen has been filled up, you will be credited with free bids. Getting free bids from DealDash is a great bidding resolution for the new year.

Resolve to Use the BidBuddy

Using the BidBuddy is a no-brainer, but some people simply just don’t realize how awesome the BidBuddy truly is. The BidBuddy will bid for you when you aren’t there – or when you are there but prefer not to place single bids. The BidBuddy wins more auctions for DealDash bidders than placing single bids does.

If you haven’t been using the BidBuddy regularly, then you should make it your bidding resolution to start using it this year. It will save you bids and money because it bids in turn with the other BidBuddies. It doesn’t waste any bids and only bids when it’s your “turn” to bid. Don’t waste your bids this year, resolve to use the BidBuddy.

Resolve to Budget

A common mistake that people make when they first start bidding on DealDash is to not figure out a bidding budget. It’s easy to get carried away and spend all of your bids in one auction if you’re not paying attention. This is why it’s important to make a bidding budget. You can figure out how many bids you want to purchase and how many bids that you want to spend on each auction. You might choose to do a BIN (Buy It Now) and get your bids back, therefore keeping your bidding budget in check. Resolve to have a bidding budget this year and you will be glad that you did.

Get Yourself a Present on DealDash

DealDashChristmas was a few days ago, have you cleaned up all of your wrapping paper? If you didn’t get the gift you wanted, DealDash has some lovely gifts to get yourself.

Did you have a wonderful Christmas with your friends and family? Were you able to get everything that was on your Christmas list? If not, no biggie! DealDash can help. Spend some time on DealDash, and get the rest of the items that you were wishing for this year.

Get Practical Gifts Instead of Fun Ones?

I love being a wife and mother, but sometimes people seem to forget that I have my own hobbies! In the past years, I have received vacuum cleaners, cute aprons, cookware, and a (very useful) electric teapot. Now, those are all fine gifts and I use them often, but sometimes on holidays I just want something silly and non-essential! However, I have to say, I use that electric teapot every single day.

If you also got practical gifts this year instead of fun ones, what would you like to get yourself on DealDash? How about some beautiful jewelry? DealDash has a great selection of earrings, and they all come in little velvet bags that are inside a high-quality gift box. Make some new earrings a gift for yourself. If jewelry isn’t your thing, how about a new painting, purse, or candle?

Don’t order things, win or BIN on DealDash

Did you know that DealDash offers free shipping on all of their auctions, no matter if you win or BIN (Buy It Now)? This is a huge improvement on many other websites. Sure, a lot of sites have free shipping, but only if you buy a certain number of dollars of merchandise. DealDash ships every single thing for free, even their $10 gift cards. On DealDash Shipping is always fast and free. This also goes for oversize items as well. No matter what the size, even furniture, DealDash ships them for free!

BIN the Presents if You Don’t Win Them

DealDash has everything that you can think of to get yourself as a gift, and if you don’t win the item, you can BIN it. When bidding on an auction, if you don’t win the item it’s not a big deal. You can BIN it! When you BIN an item on DealDash, you will receive your bids back that you spent when you buy the item for the retail price. However, getting yourself a gift that you really want? Priceless.

Step Up Your Bidding Game on DealDash

DealDashNeed to step up your bidding game? Here are some hints and tips from DealDash.

Are you a new bidder who is still trying to figure out how to step up your bidding game on DealDash? If DealDash is your favorite new hobby and you’re loving it, then step it up! Is your goal to be the best bidder that you can be? Well then, it’s time to learn how to up your bidding game on DealDash.

You Need to Buy Bids for the Best Price

First of all, if you’ve been buying bids for .60 a piece, then you need to show a little patience and wait for a sale. I never buy bids if they are over .14, though to be honest, I prefer .12! This means that I am not an impulse buyer, and I plan ahead and buy the biggest bid pack that fits into my budget when I see bids for .12 or .13 per bid. The absolute best time to buy bids is to wait for a big sale. Always wait until bids are at a super low price and buy them all at once, not a few here and a few there.

Set Reasonable Buy/BIN Goals

If you are bidding on things that you would buy at the store anyway such as a kitchen or everyday household item you can BIN (Buy It Now) the auction for retail value if you lose. You will also get free shipping on these items, and you will not be losing any money.

This is why you should set some bidding goals for each auction.  Setting reasonable goals is definitely a way to step up your bidding game. The more organized you are, the less likely you are to be impulsive and waste your bids.

For each auction that you enter, think about your goals before you start bidding. Ask yourself if you want to “go all the way” up to the retail price of the auction and BIN the item, or if you just want to bid 10%, 15%, or maybe 20% of the value before you drop out of the auction if you don’t win. By setting bid and BIN goals you can practice your bidding and make sure that you aren’t losing money as you go.

Always Get Your Free Bids

Stepping up your bidding game includes taking the freebies that DealDash offers in the form of free bids. There are many different ways that you can snag free bids from DealDash . You can bid on any item on DealDash to fill up your free bid meter. Also, you can simply sign in to DealDash and place a couple of bids every day. You could also try entering one of the contests that DealDash offers. The newest contest is called the “Best idea of the month” contest, and you can win 500 bids for sending in your idea to improve DealDash. Finally, sending in selfies to Facebook with your won items can also get you free bids every single week. It’s easy to step up your bidding game when you’re bidding with free bids from DealDash!

You can plan a couple of fun party games like wrapping a bunch of small gift in plastic wrap and watch everyone try to unwrap it. There are countless other party game ideas on the internet.

Other activities you might want to consider are watching a classic Christmas movie, caroling around the Christmas tree, or baking cookies together. Be sure to have a few board games out so that people can keep themselves entertained while you are busy with the other preparations.

Decorations Everywhere

Decorations really don’t have to be anything too complicated. In fact, just how you would normally decorate your home for Christmas is just fine for your family Christmas party.
