Welcome to DealDash! It’s a wonderful place to get money-saving deals for yourself and your family. If you need a few tips to get yourself up and running on DealDash, then you’ve come to the right place. Here are some tips and pointers on how to get started on your new favorite bidding website.

Join and Buy Bids

It’s very easy to join DealDash. Simply go to this link right here and sign up with an email address. Once you have confirmed your email address you can sign right on and buy bids.

Buying bids is as easy as clicking the “buy” button. DealDash makes it easy to pay, as well. You can pay with a credit card or even with Paypal. The bid packs are available in different sizes. Right now they have packs of 60, 300, 600, 1200, and 2400. The price of the bids changes daily, it’s a good practice to check the price of the bids every morning so you can stock up with a bigger bid pack if there is an extra-good sale going. Here’s a tip: If the bid price is less than .14 per bid, then buy, BUY, BUY!

Set Up Your Profile

After you’ve purchased your first bid pack you’ll want to set up your bidder’s profile. Do you have an avatar that you would like to upload? Perhaps a picture of yourself, your dog, or your favorite celebrity. You can choose almost anything to upload as your avatar, but please remember that uploaded images are subject to approval and may not be immediately visible on the site.

It often usually takes a few hours for your picture to be approved. For approval, be sure that the file format is JPG, and the file is smaller than 3MB. Your uploaded image will be resized to 46 x 58 pixels. If you are so inclined you might want to resize your image yourself before you upload it, so you can be sure that it doesn’t get stretched out or pixelated when it’s uploaded.

If resizing and uploading an avatar image isn’t something that you want to do, then DealDash has many avatars that you can choose from. Just go to your dashboard and pick one and it will show up when you place a bid on DealDash.

Don’t Give Away Your Free DealDash Bids

 DealDash sad mistake

DealDash is fun to play, and luckily you can get free bids for simple tasks. Why not take the free bids?

This DealDash Blog is written to help all bidders improve their DealDash experience. Those who avoid mistakes have a much better time than those who make many mistakes, and sometimes getting free bids from DealDash makes you feel better about playing. Here’s to you having a better experience bidding and winning on DealDash while earning free bids.

Free Bids

DealDash offers many opportunities to earn free bids. They are very generous, and these opportunities are open to all bidders. Not taking advantage of all these opportunities would be a HUGE mistake. Why in the world wouldn’t you take advantage of free bids when they are offered? Take the free bids!

To avoid the mistake of not accepting the free bids from DealDash, you need to know how to get them! The most popular way to get free bids is by posting on DealDash’s Facebook page.

If you would like to earn free bids from DealDash’s Facebook, your first step should be to “Like” DealDash’s Facebook page. Click on the link right here.  After you have “Liked” the DealDash Facebook page it’s very quick and easy to earn free bids by sending in pictures of you and your wins. Here are the directions:

1.Win an item on DealDash.

2. Take a bright, clear photo with yourself and the item you won. Review the picture before you send it, assuring that both your face and the item can be seen clearly.

3. Send the photo as an attachment in the email to [email protected] and add a description that includes the following information: item name, retail price, how much you paid for the item and a personal comment about the win as well, which can be something such as “I won this $50 clock for 28 bids and $2.76, now I will never be late!”

The item value determines the amount of free bids that you will receive:

Item value is $199 or above = 350 Free Bids

Item value is $99 to $198 = 225 Free Bids

Item value is less than $99 = 30 Free Bids

As a bonus to encourage you to post pictures to Facebook, every Monday, DealDash will select the best photo from the previous week and award a 1,000 Bid Pack to the winner! Depending on the price of bids that day, that’s approximately a $150 value!! The only caveat to this is that the win must be an item that is valued at $99 or more.

DealDash Tips

Along with not accepting the free bids, another DealDash mistake that you need to avoid is not reading the DealDash Tips blog. DealDash Tips posts a new article every day, and often highlights the super sales that DealDash offers such as “Free Auction Day” and “Half-Price Auction Day.” DealDash Tips even occasionally posts bid prices days before they are common knowledge so that you can plan your purchases accordingly.

Finally, DD Tips also reveals secret “time as the highest bidder” promotions before they happen so you can “be in the know.” and wait to bid on those gift cards so you can get the maximum Time as the highest bidder “clock time” so you can earn free bids that much faster.

I hope that you found this DealDash Blog article on avoiding mistakes helpful. In summary, collect your free bids and read the DealDash Tips blog. Go check out DealDash at this link right here for some amazing auctions. Good luck and happy bidding everyone!

Don’t Make That DealDash Mistake!

mistakes

No one can be perfect all of the time, and everyone makes mistakes. Here are some common DealDash mistakes to avoid while bidding.

We here at DealDash Blog would like to help you avoid mistakes. Here are some of the common mistakes that people make while using DealDash, and some ideas for how to overcome them. Hopefully, you will have a better experience bidding and winning on DealDash once you can avoid these mistakes.

A very common mistake that people tend to make on DealDash is not waiting for a great sale on bids! Did you know that after you have purchased your first introductory bid pack you can take advantage of the great bid sales that DealDash offers? Depending on the day and the sale, bid prices can range anywhere between .12 and .20 per bid? If you want to get the most for your money, the best idea is to wait for a super sale on bid packs and buy the largest bid pack than to buy smaller bid packs whenever you run out. Paying too much for bids is definitely a mistake that is easy to avoid if you plan ahead when you see a great price on DealDash bids.

Another mistake that’s easy to avoid on DealDash is bidding when you’re not at your peak. Don’t make the mistake of bidding on DealDash auctions when you are too tired, hungry, sick, or otherwise distracted. If there’s an auction that you feel that you simply must bid on when you aren’t feeling your best, then be sure to use your BidBuddy.

The BidBuddy is there to help you bid against the other players, and to be sure that you have the best chance at winning the auction. If you would like to use your BidBuddy just load him up with as many bids as you are willing to spend on an auction and let him bid for you. Don’t make the mistake of not using the BidBuddy when you can’t fully devote your attention to the auctions.

Another mistake that can be easily avoided is not being aware of the super sales that DealDash offers such as “Free Auction Day” and “Half-Price Auction Day.” These sales are a wonderful chance to pick up an auction win even cheaper than usual. In addition to those sales, it’s also a good practice to keep an eye out for DealDash’s “Time as the highest bidder” promotions. These promotions can give you double, triple, or sometimes even quadruple clock time when you are the highest bidder so you can earn free bids even faster than usual.

Being New on DealDash is Easy

Image result for new friendAre you new to DealDash? You’re going to want to read this. Here is a quick guide on how to get started.

Thanks for joining DealDash! DealDash is a very fun and useful shopping entertainment website that is not only easy to learn how to do, but will also save you money in the long run. Navigating to the site and signing up is the first step, then it would benefit you to read all of the House Rules, as well as the blogs to make sure that you are getting the most out of your experience. However, here is a short overview of what you need to do to really get started bidding and winning.

  1. The first thing that you need to do is sign up with DealDash, pick a username, and sign in to your new account. When picking a username, make sure that you have thought things through – I wouldn’t suggest making your username your email or real name.
  2. After signing up I strongly advise that you read all of the House Rules, Tips & Tricks, blog posts, and reviews on DealDash that you can get your hands on. Knowledge is power.
  3. The next step is to buy bids. The bid packs come pre-packaged for you in different sizes. DealDash has bid packs of 60, 300, 600, 1200, and 2400. Sometimes this changes, you just need to check back often to see what is available. It’s easy to pay for your bid packs, you can pay with a credit card or even with Paypal. It’s important to note that the price of the bids changes daily, it’s a good idea to check the price of the bids daily so in case there is a great bid sale you can stock up for the future. It’s always a good idea to have a few hundred bids on hand in case something extra-special comes up for auction. You can always buy bid packs, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, but the price fluctuates daily.
  4. Learn how to use the BidBuddy. The BidBuddy is available to every bidder, free of charge, in every single DealDash auction. Try it! Open up any DealDash auction, and in the middle of the page  you will see “Book a Bid Buddy”.  Click on the space where is says “add bids here”, put in however many bids that you are willing to spend on this particular DealDash auction and hit enter.  You can put in any number of bids from one to as many bids as you have in your bid bank. You can also cancel a Bid Buddy at any time and all the bids will go instantly back into your account.
  5. Learn how to BIN (Buy It Now) if you don’t win the auction. When you BIN an auction you simply pay the retail price that is listed on each and every auction right above the picture of the auction. If you find yourself paying as much in bids as the item costs, it’s smart to drop out of the auction and BIN the item. You will get the item, free (fast!) shipping, and all of your bids back to use on another auction. Your bids are credited back once you have paid for the item, so you can re-use them as soon as you like, or save them for another day.

Now go out there and bid on DealDash! I hope that this article has been helpful for you. Go check out the site and enjoy being a brand new bidder. Pick a lower valued item, or a gift card that you don’t mind paying full price for if you don’t happen to win, and start bidding! Good luck and happy bidding everyone!

A Few of My Many Mistakes

Image result for bad mistakeEven seasoned bidders make mistakes. Here are some of my top mistakes and how to fix them.

Everyone was a newbie once, and there are many fairly common mistakes that newbies make that we have numerous articles about here on the DealDash Blog. Even seasoned bidders such as myself make mistakes, too. Here are some of my top mistakes and the solutions to prevent or recover from them. With this knowledge we can improve your bidding so you can be as mistake-free as possible.

My first mistake, long ago, on my very first day of bidding on DealDash was not using my BidBuddy! I (very mistakenly) thought that setting up the BidBuddy meant that it was going to bid after every single bid that was placed. Which is completely wrong, of course! I just couldn’t understand how by using the BidBuddy I could save bids. After reading up on the BidBuddy (which I should have done first) I realized that our friend the BidBuddy bids in a pattern with the other BidBuddies, taking turns until there is only one BidBuddy or “live” bidder left. If I had just learned how to use my BidBuddy on my first day on DealDash I would have been less frustrated in the beginning.

Another mistake in my early bidding days was paying too much for bids. In addition to paying too much for bids, I should have also been more aware of the great auctions sales that DealDash offers such as “Free Auction Day” and “Half-Price Auction Day.” In my early days of bidding on DealDash  I would purchase smaller bid packs when I ran out instead of waiting for a low-priced bid sale and buying bigger packs. This of course, is not very cost-effective! If you want to get the most for your money,  a better plan is to wait for a great sale on bid packs and buy the largest bid pack than to buy smaller bid packs whenever you run out and pay too much for them. I liken it to shopping at the supermarket – Why buy a 1 pound bag of rice for $3.99 when you can buy a 5 pound bag of rice for $7.99? Sure, it seems like the $3.99 bag is a better deal, but it’s really not. Buy in bulk, save money.

The last mistake that I would like to talk about today is bidding within your budget. When I first started I was bidding willy-nilly – on laptops, iPads, and more. Those things weren’t in my budget to BIN (Buy It Now) if I didn’t win, so it was foolish of me to throw away 100 bids here and there on something that I wasn’t truly committed to buying. That’s why they call DealDash entertainment shopping. Sure, you might win a 55″ TV for 100 bids, but it’s not likely. That’s why it’s a much smarter idea to only bid on BIG things like that if you are already planning on buying one anyway. That way, if you win for less than the retail price, AWESOME! And if you don’t happen to win, then you can just pay the retail price and get all of your bids back plus free shipping. It’s truly a win-win situation!

I hope that you found this article helpful. Go check out DealDash at this link right here for some amazing auctions. Good luck and happy bidding everyone!
