Don’t Jump In too Late

A mistake that I see people often make on DealDash is entering an auction when it has almost reached the $5 No Jumper Limit. Now, this is completely allowed, of course, but I still think that this is a strategic mistake. Why? Because if they auction is down to just 2 or 3 people and it has almost reached the $5 No Jumper Limit then those few people feel kind of an “ownership” over this particular auction and probably won’t let it go without a fight.

I have seen many people say that they will overbid past the BIN (Buy It Now) because they know that the person who just joined the auction will most likely bid for a while. Bidding past the BIN price is risky, but some people just can’t resist trying to rack up more “clock time” with the TATHB (Time As The Highest Bidder) perk.

Not Letting Your Buddy Help

Do you use the BidBuddy in each and every auction? You should! The BidBuddy is there to help you win against your competition, why wouldn’t you use him? By using the BidBuddy, you have the best chance at winning the auction.

The BidBuddy is just as easy (if not easier) to use than single bidding. Simply fill him up with as many bids that you would like to spend on an auction and let him work his magic. Don’t make the mistake of not using the BidBuddy – he’s free and available to use on every auction.

Don’t Throw Away Your Bids! Use BIN!

While there is always a winner in each and every DealDash auction, it won’t always be you. If you try to only bid on things that you would normally buy at the store such as clothing, then you can BIN them if you don’t win. BINning an auction just takes a click of the button. After you’re done bidding and would like to BIN the item, just click the “Buy It Now” button, and after you have paid you will receive all of your bids back in your account.
