Happy 4th of July 2017, DealDashers!

The 4th of July is upon us! Tomorrow is a day of celebration on DealDash!

DealDash loves holidays, you can plainly tell that by the sales that have been run during past holidays such as .12 bids, free auctions, and 50 or 100 auctions starting at once. I can’t guarantee what sort of fun surprises and sales that DealDash has in store for you tomorrow, but you had better check it out in the morning and find out!

Holidays Are a Great time to Bid

You may or may not have noticed, but holidays are usually a spectacular time to bid (and win!) on DealDash. Why is this? This is because typically on holidays most people are out doing activities with their family and friends. If you’re able to spare an hour here and there to check in on what’s happening on DealDash, then you will be rewarded with easier to win auctions, because there is less competition. Just think, when other people are out on the deck just chatting you could be inside in the air conditioning winning some awesome items! After you win, then you can go out and chat!

No Time to Bid? Use the BidBuddy Instead!

Maybe you have already committed to a day of fun with family and friends. That’s okay, too! You can still get in on the fun, excitement, and holiday wins by using the BidBuddy to bid on your place for you. If you’re not familiar with how the BidBuddy works, it’s easy! The BidBuddy is simple to learn how to use. Just open up any auction from the main page, and you will see the button to bid now, or the “Book a BidBuddy” button. Have you been using the the bookmarking and alert features that DealDash provides to all bidders? DealDash has made it so that you can know when all of your favorite auctions are coming up. You will be missing out on some great auctions if you aren’t using the DealDash “Bookmarking” and “Alert Me” features. You should use the search feature and bookmark and alert auctions on a regular basis. Wouldn’t you be sad if you missed out on something that you really wanted?

Take a Chance on Something New

Have you been bidding on the same auctions day after day? Maybe your favorite auctions are gift cards, or maybe bid packs. It’s nice to be able to bid on your favorite auctions, but it’s also fun and exciting to give new things a try as well. Conserve Your Bids

Bidding on your favorites and taking a chance on something new are both good things to do. However, sometimes there’s just nothing that you’re interested in bidding on that day, and that’s fine, too! You’ll possibly even be more informed than some other bidders, and this will give you a nice competitive advantage when bidding in the auctions.

Ask DealDash for Help

Before you ask DealDash for help, though, be sure to read the informative “Tips and Tricks” section that you can see right at the top of the page when you visit DealDash. Just right here and the link will take you to a list of different informational subjects such as booking a BidBuddy, Buying It Now, seeing the winners, and other subjects.

However, if this still doesn’t answer your question or solve your problem then please feel free to open a support ticket on DealDash. You can click this link right here and it will take you to the customer support page. From there you can either live chat with a friendly DealDash employee, or you can open a ticket for support. Finding what you want in life can be a challenge. Luckily DealDash makes it easy.

DealDash has so many amazing categories and items within. It’s easy to find something that you want to win on DealDash by simply going to the home page and taking a look at what auctions are currently running. There are other ways to find exactly what you want, though. Here are some helpful tips and tricks to find (and win) exactly what you want on DealDash.

Search Using the Search Bar

The easiest way to get what you want in life is to ask for it. The way to ask DealDash for what you want is as simple as using the search bar on the home page. Using the search function on DealDash is fast and simple. Just type in whatever you’re looking for – from perfume to tools, and everything in-between. Get creative with your search terms and you never know what you might find on DealDash.

Browse Through the Categories

DealDash has seven different categories to explore. The categories currently offered are:

Bid Packs
Electronics & Computers
Fashion, Health, & Beauty
Gift Cards
Hobbies, Toys, Outdoors, & Games
Home, Garden, & Tools
Kitchen & Dining

Browsing the categories on DealDash is not only fun, but you might find a hidden gem while you’re browsing. Occasionally the categories on DealDash change. Need a Reminder? Set an Alert

If you find an item that you need on DealDash but it’s not currently on auction you are able to set an alert. Setting an alert takes approximately 2 seconds. Once you have found the item you have been searching for, click on the item, and look on the right side of the screen. There will be a blue button that says “Alert Me”. Click on the Alert Me button, and when the item is coming up for auction DealDash will send you an email. Isn’t it nice that DealDash offers this solution for everyone?

Didn’t Win? BIN it for Bids Back

Using the BIN (Buy It Now) feature is the smart way to use DealDash. Do you know how BIN works? It’s simple. To BIN an auction means that you pay retail price for the thing that you didn’t win, and you receive back all of the bids that you placed to use again, as well as free shipping on the product. Since you have everything back that you originally started with, you break even. DealDash offers BIN on all items in their catalog of merchandise.

Winning More on DealDash

Are you winning as many auctions as you could be? Maybe you need to think about things differently. Here are some tips and tricks.

If you’re a regular on DealDash you probably have your bidding strategy down pat. However, everyone could use a little tweak here and there with their technique. Here are some things to think about to have you winning more auctions on DealDash!

Bid on Things That You Love

Occasionally I find myself on DealDash, just tossing in a few bids here and there, just because I can. Why do I bother doing that? Wouldn’t it make more sense for me to save my bids for something that I can actually use in my life or something that I really love?

Winning an auction for a few bids is always exciting, but if I don’t really need or want the item it’s a little pointless and a waste of bids. If you find yourself doing this, then you should really save your bids for something that makes you happy. Do know, however, that if you win an auction and you’re not really crazy about the item, you can trade it for bids. This makes a lot of sense to do if you win a very expensive auction for just a few bids.

Try Out a New Category

Typically people that bid on DealDash tend to stick to just a couple of categories, perhaps Bid Packs and Electronics & Computers. This is fine if you’re satisfied with the number of auctions that you are winning. However, if you want to win more auctions, then you need to branch out into other categories.

One of my personal favorite categories is the Gift Cards category. Gift cards are an excellent “safe” item to bid on, because if you end up losing the auction you can always BIN (Buy It Now) it, get your bids back that you spent on the gift card, AND get to keep your “time as highest bidder” earning you more bids to win an auction the next time around. Bidding on gift cards to earn clock time towards free bids is always an excellent idea. You can take the free bids that you win and turn them into even more auction wins!

Keep Your Head in the Game

Be sure that when you are playing on DealDash that you are giving it your full attention. Don’t have videos playing in another tab that you switch back and forth with, don’t get carried away with chatting on messenger – Stay focused and concentrate on the items that you are bidding on. If you can’t pay close attention to the auction, be sure that you load up your BidBuddy and let him bid for you. The BidBuddy will never let you down.
