Everyday thousands of items are listed up for auction on DealDash. Many of the items are unique and there’s 10 full pages listing 60 auctions per page which makes it easy for someone to suddenly find themselves browsing auctions for a half hour or more. To help narrow down the search of what you’re interested in, notice how it’s possible to browse the auctions by categories. One of the most loved auction categories is Kitchen & Appliances. I see no doubt why since after-all…the kitchen is the heart of the home.
Keeping the heart of the home in mind, this post is about essential kitchen items auctioned on DealDash which can help you eat healthier, and a few tips for getting started.
1. Oster 7-Speed Food Processor / Blender
Start the day off with a fresh smoothie! One of my favorite smoothie recipes:
- 1-2 banana(s)
- 1 cup of chopped frozen mango
- 1 pear
- 1 tbl spoon of coconut oil
- Blend above contents first then add a large handful of spinach (optional but recommended)
2. KitchenAid 13-Cup Food Processor
Don’t you just love KitchenAid made in the USA!

3. KitchenAid Ice Cream Maker for Most KitchenAid Stand Mixers
Homemade ice cream are lower in fat but still rich tasting. Just be reasonable with the sugar. This is a great alternative to cool down without breaking your diet.
4. Euro Cuisine: Yogurt Maker
Have you ever made homemade yogurt before? It’s actually super simple and with a yogurt maker like this you can make a variety of health yogurts to quench your appetite. Check out this homemade yogurt recipe by Megan O. Steintrager on Epicurious.
5. EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale
If you’re being conscious about how much you eat be sure to portion your food properly. This little guy can be very useful in the kitchen to help ensure you’re making just what you need, which in my case helps prevent over eating.
6. FoodSaver 11-inch Roll for FoodSaver Vacuum Sealer
These food savers are great if you don’t like to cook too often and especially when you cook too much food. You can create custom size bags with these for storing frozen vegetables or fruit which can be useful for a quick meal or a nice addition to your morning smoothie.
7. Ceramic Peeler
Ceramic peelers are great because they will not rust, transfer odor, or brown your food unlike steel. A great addition to soups and smoothies is freshly peeled ginger! Give it a try, you’ll love it!
8. Glass jar
9. Cooking Utensils
