You can always use the Buy It Now option (BIN) and purchase the auction item at the retail price, which is always listed on the auction in the upper left corner under the title. This allows you to get back all the bids you put into that specific auction. This is perfect for items you planned to purchase anyway. Remember, each win and BIN gets free shipping, so you really can’t lose by using the Buy It Now option.

What’s the perfect item for both girls and boys? What’s a gift that children in a family can easily share? Legos! There are Legos of every type and many different sets. There are even Lego sets for younger children. If the child you’re shopping for is too young for regular Legos try the Duplo blocks. DealDash has both regular Legos and Duplo blocks up for auction. All three of my children, aged 19 months, 5 years, and 9 years all play with Legos at my house. It’s one of the only activities that all three of them can play together. Legos? $48. If you are interested in getting a child a present but you aren’t sure exactly what they would like, then a gift card would make an excellent present. As kids get older I find it really hard to keep up with which video games that they have – and I wouldn’t want to commit the “grave insult” of getting them a game that they already have. So I find that a gift card works especially well for older kids, say age 10 and up. DealDash has many gift cards to stores that have toys. Some examples are Toys R Us, Target, and Wal-Mart. Not everyone can win every auction, of course. Otherwise, DealDash would go out of business, and no one wants that! However, if you don’t win, DealDash always offers the option to BIN the item. Buying It Now (BIN) is a smart thing to do. After you’re done bidding in an auction, and realize that you won’t be the winner, then just hit the BIN button. After you have submitted your payment to DealDash, they will refund all of the bids that you spent on the auction. This is a great thing to plan on doing if you’re bidding on gift cards because the BIN price is simply the value of the card. No fees and no shipping costs!

There are hundreds of winners on DealDash every day, and many of those wins are under $200. Here’s why small wins are good.

Smaller wins on DealDash are a great thing. They can be easy to achieve, and no less exciting when they happen. The fireworks are just as bright, sparkly, and exciting to see for a $20 win as for a $200 win, in my opinion. The simple act of winning is enough to put a smile on my face.

Small Wins Are Easier

Are small wins are easier? You bet they are! There could be 50 bidders in the running for a high-value item such as a computer, but usually fewer bidders in the running for the smaller auctions, sometimes you might only be bidding against a few other people. As we all know, the fewer bidders there are in a DealDash auction the higher chance you have at success.

As you probably know, DealDash offers the BIN “Buy It Now” option on all auctions. If you participate in an auction and don’t win, then you can always BIN (Buy It Now) and get the item, free shipping, and all of their bids back to use on another auction. It’s much easier on your budget to BIN a lower valued item than a higher valued item. DealDash realizes that not everyone has the extra cash available to BIN an item that costs $1,000 but most people can BIN an item that is under $100, so they frequently offer items that have a lower value, which equals many more opportunities for a small win.

Big Wins on DealDash

Have you ever had a big win on DealDash? There are hundreds of winners every day, some big and some small.

Most of you reading this DealDash article have probably had at least a few wins on DealDash, but unless you had some really great beginner’s luck they were probably smaller wins. Smaller wins on DealDash are fairly easy, but big wins can be downright difficult.

Why do you think that the smaller wins are easier? Well, there are a few reasons why this could be – starting with the fact that there are usually fewer bidders in the running for the smaller auctions. It could also have something to do with the fact that DealDash offers the BIN “Buy It Now” protection on all auctions. People know if they don’t win the auction outright, then they can always BIN (Buy It Now) and get the item, free shipping, and all of their bids back to use on another auction. Not only that, but they get to keep the “clock time” that they gained by bidding on the item.

People are usually more willing to BIN the item if it has a lower value. You are far more likely to find someone willing to pay $20 for an item than to pay $200 – Even if the $200 item is appealing, not everyone has a spare $200 in their budget to use to BIN the item. Either way, we are all lucky that DealDash offers BIN protection on all auctions, big or small.

What is the biggest item that you have ever won on DealDash? My biggest item was a Neato robotic vacuum. It was an awesome win, and it’s something that I use every day. Do you know how I won? I was willing to BIN this item. It was a little on the expensive side, but since I knew that I was willing to buy it anyway I put enough bids in to get to the BIN price – and I won anyway! With all of the bids plus the final cost of the auction I ended up saving myself over $100 than if I had just ordered it. So there’s the DealDash lesson – bid to BIN, and you might just WIN!
