Hey New DealDash Bidders! Read This!

dealdashHey new bidders! Read this article with some tips, tricks, and ideas to get you started on DealDash.

Is today your first day on DealDash? Welcome to the best bidding site around! DealDash is also what is called an “Entertainment Shopping” website, which means that you can play around and have fun on the site, but you can also order some great products as well. If you’re not familiar with all of the inner-workings of DealDash, then please do read on to get more information and some tips on how to use the site effectively.

What is a DealDash Bid?

For starters, DealDash is what’s known as a “Pay to bid” site. The way this works is you buy the bids before you are ready to bid, and then use the bids as you like on different auctions.

You can place as few as 1 bid on an auction, all the way up to as many bids as you have purchased. So in other words, if you were to buy a pack of 100 bids you can place 1 bid on 100 auctions, all 100 bids on 1 auction, or anything in between. With DealDash, it’s up to you how you would like to spend your bids.

What is the Price of Bids and Auctions?

When you first sign up with DealDash, you need to buy your first bid pack. The bids are usually discounted, around .12-.15 per bid.

The auctions are a different story. They might be full price, half price, or even free! It all depends on if DealDash is running a special promotion that day or not.

  • If the auction is full price, then the final auction fee will be whatever number that the auction ends at – it could be as low as 1 penny if there was only one bidder, or it could get up into hundreds of dollars if it’s a more expensive item like a TV or computer.
  • If the auction is half price, it means that whatever the final auction fee is listed, it will be half of that price. DealDash often runs half off promotions.
  • If the auction is free, it means that there is no final auction fee charged. You will just be charged .01 as a processing fee.

BIN it or WIN it!

You might remember earlier in this article when I mentioned that DealDash is an Entertainment Shopping website. Essentially, what this means, is that you can bid on items on DealDash, have a good time, and if you don’t win then you can buy the item at retail price and get back all of your bids.

Say you’re bidding on an item for your home. If you aren’t the winner of the auction then you are eligible to do a “Buy It Now” or “BIN” on the auction. When you BIN the item for the retail price you get every single one of the bids back that you placed, as well as getting free shipping. When you don’t win an auction it just makes sense to do a BIN and receive your bids back. This way you can use them all over again in a different auction. Give it a try!

Are You Having a Little Trouble Winning on DealDash?

DealDashDealDash is very simple to use but can be tricky to master. If you’re having trouble winning, then read this article.

No matter if you’re a new DealDash player or an “old hand” at auctions, everyone can have a tough time winning auctions sometimes. It can feel like we can get on a losing streak for no reason whatsoever, and it can be hard to break out of it. It might not be you, it can just be the ebb and flow of the auction tides. There are a few things that you can do to improve your situation, though, so read on for more information from DealDash.

You Might Be Missing the Best Auctions

You can’t be a winner on DealDash unless you find an auction that you want to bid on. DealDash doesn’t always have things listed at the same times day in and day out. For example, if your item of choice is a new set of cutlery for the kitchen and you see it up for auction one morning that doesn’t mean that the cutlery is always up for bid in the morning. The next time you see cutlery could be at 10PM or 4AM, you never know.

What you need to do to get around this conundrum is to do a search for cutlery, and set an alert for each cutlery set that you like. Setting an alert is super simple. After you’ve found the cutlery set (or whatever it is that you want!) click on the item to open up its own auction page. Next, look on the right side of the screen. There will be a blue button that says “Alert Me”. Click on the “Alert Me” button, then when the item is coming up for auction DealDash will send you an email. Once you’ve done this you can be sure that you won’t miss the auction that you really want to bid on from DealDash. Just knowing when the items you want to bid on are coming up for auction can be a big step in winning them.

Make Sure You Snag the Free Bids

If you’re not winning enough auctions, maybe you just don’t have enough bidding power behind you. If you’d like extra bidding power, then you should make sure that you’re taking advantage of the free bids offered by DealDash. There are many different ways that you can snag free bids from DealDash . You can bid on items to fill up your free bid meter, signing in to DealDash and bidding every day, or even try your hand at entering one of the contests that DealDash offers. The newest contest is called the “Best idea of the month” contest, and you can win 500 bids for sending in your idea to improve DealDash. The more free bids that you receive from DealDash means you can bolster your bidding power in an auction.

Thanks for Reading the Blog

They Can Save Money

Most families buy their household supplies, garden items, kid’s toys, and beauty items at the mall or a big box store. It’s so helpful to be able to save money on everyday purchases that they were going to make anyway. Save your family and friends some money when you introduce them to DealDash.

Tell them the Great News About BidBuddy

You can also let them know that they won’t be alone when they’re bidding in the auctions. No, you won’t be participating with them – that’s against DealDash rules! However, they will have a buddy with them – the BidBuddy, of course! You can tell your friends that the BidBuddy is available to every bidder, free of charge, on every auction that they participate in. They won’t need to download anything extra or purchase anything special to use the BidBuddy.

Simply tell them how easy the BidBuddy is to use. After opening up an auction that interests them, in the middle of the screen, they will see a space and a button that says “Book a Bid Buddy”. Tell them to click on the space that says “add bids here” and put in the number of bids that they are willing to spend on this particular DealDash auction. Then hit enter.

What DealDash Strategy are You Using Today?

DealDash

Do you have a “tried and true” strategy that you like to use on DealDash? Let’s look at some different strategies down below.

What kind of strategy do you like to employ when you’re using DealDash? There are many different ways to use and enjoy DealDash Do you like to change up your bidding strategies on DealDash so that you can confuse the competition? You don’t have to, of course, you can bid in the exact same way every time if you like, but why not try something new?

Relax and Have Fun

I think that one of the best strategies to use is to calm down, relax, and have fun. It seems like some of the bidders are a little tense and not enjoying their shopping entertainment experience as much as they could. DealDash is supposed to be a fun and entertaining experience, so treat it like one! Put up an avatar picture that makes you happy, write a bidder bio that includes a joke or a favorite quote, and relax while you bid.

Bid Smart – Not Chaotic

Are you one of those bidders on DealDash that like to peck around, bidding a little bit here and a little bit there? Perhaps you should slow down and do some serious consideration before bidding. This will save you bids in the long run, because even if you’re bidding just 10 bids here and 10 bids there, it really tends to add up. You have to think “Do I really want this item? Would I buy it if I saw it in the store? How about if it was on sale, would I buy it then?” If the answer is “no”, then why are you wasting bids on it, even if it’s just a small amount? Save those bids for something that you are super excited about?

If You Really want it…BIN!

Finally, the reason why you should only bid on stuff that you genuinely want is that you will have the opportunity to BIN (Buy It Now) at the end of the auction if you don’t win.

Thus, remember, if you aren’t the winner of the auction that you have been participating in, you are eligible to do a “Buy It Now” or “BIN” on the auction. When you purchase the item for the retail price you get every single one of the bids back that you placed. You will even receive free shipping! When you don’t win an auction, BINning is the next best option, so be sure that you’re bidding on things that you’d really like to own.

DealDash Customers are Awesome!

DealDashThere are some very special people – they’re called DealDash customers! Here is how DealDash shows their appreciation for all of their bidders.

There are different bidding sites that you could choose – yet you choose DealDash. This makes a lot of sense, seeing as how DealDash has the best and most helpful employees around. Even though the employees are great, the customers are the real stars of DealDash. This is why DealDash is so happy you’re here, and want to make sure that you are getting all of the help that you need on DealDash. Read on for more information on both DealDash customers and customer service.

Need Help With Anything? No Problem!

You can contact a customer service representative on DealDash anytime, day or night. Just go down to the bottom of the home page and there will be a button that says “Contact Support.”  Simply click on that button and you’ll be taken to a screen where you can choose to either send DealDash an email or click on a “Live Support” button.

Personally, I don’t care to do live support, but I have never had a DealDash issue that needed an immediate answer, either. If it’s something important that can’t wait, then live support is just what you need. Perhaps you have a question that can wait a bit longer, in that case, you might want to send DealDash an email. You’ll get a reply back within a day or so. I have actually had a reply back within 2 hours, so emailing doesn’t necessarily mean that you will have to wait a full day for an answer, either.

Bid Sales, Promotions, and Free Bids

DealDash is so happy that you choose to bid on the site that they always offer some great perks to their loyal bidders. There are many things that you might think of when you think of DealDash perks, but I’d say that the top three favorites are bid sales, promotions, and free bids. Here are how those all work:

  1. Bid Sales – Even though DealDash bids are technically worth .60 a piece, DealDash has different sales going on almost every day. A bidder can pick up a bid pack for as low as .12 per bid, but keep in mind that .12 bid sale are usually reserved for holidays.
  2. Promotions – DealDash has many different promotions that are offered. Some of these are 2x and 3x Time As The Highest Bidder (TATHB) which means that you collect time on your time clock even faster than normal. Another bidder favorite regarding promotions is the $3 No Jumper limit. Normally, there are no new bidders allowed into DealDash auctions after the auction reaches a price of $5. However, during this promotion there are no new bidders allowed in after $3. This results in less competition for you.
  3. Free Bids – What’s better than a bid sale? Free bids, of course! You can get free bids on DealDash in a variety of ways such as the TATHB that we talked about in item #2, but that’s only one way! You can also get free bids by just visiting DealDash every day and placing a bid. You will get more free bids each day that you visit DealDash consecutively, until you are getting a cool 30 free bids per day.
