Getting Ready for Back to School with DealDash

As I was wandering the aisles of my local big box store today I saw that they have all of their “Back to School” items highlighted. Let’s see what we can get on DealDash for school!

Two out of my three kids will be going to school this year, and it’s amazing how much stuff that they need to bring, even in preschool! Gone are the days when all you needed was a pencil and a piece of paper, the schools in my area hand out huge lists of items that everyone is supposed to bring. Some of them aren’t even kid-related at all! Let’s see what we can get on DealDash to lighten the shopping burden.

Backpacks! All kids from preschool on up through high school and college need backpacks. Luckily for us, DealDash has a huge, and I mean HUGE selection of backpacks to choose from. Thinking about Dream Auctions

 

Do you ever think about what your dream auction might be? Is there something on DealDash that you can’t get out of your mind?

If you could bid on anything, absolutely anything, what would it be? DealDash has so much variety and there is something for just about anyone on your list at any given time. However, perhaps there is a certain item or category that you wish that DealDash would start putting up on their roster. If there’s something (or a whole category of somethings!) please leave a comment down below and I will pass it along to the wonderful folks at DealDash headquarters.

On the other hand, maybe DealDash does have what you dream of, but you have never gotten a chance to win that particular item. Well, never fear, my friends, DealDash often runs the same items if they proved to be a popular auction when they were previously up for bid. Is there an item that was up for bid before and you missed your chance, either by forgetting to bid, or perhaps you just didn’t have the time to devote to the auction that day? It’s been a long and wonderful summer, it’s hard to believe that August has already arrived. Have you gotten all of the things done that you wanted to do? Summer is a great time to take the whole family camping, have you done this yet this summer? Remember, if you get in over your head and bid too many times, you can always BIN (Buy It Now and get all of your bids back.) BINning is a great solution to your problem and is a win-win situation for everyone!

Meet Your New Best Friend, BidBuddy!


Have you met BidBuddy? He is your best friend in the world of DealDash. Have you used your BidBuddy today?

If you have been around DealDash for more than a few auctions I’m sure that you know your best friend, BidBuddy. However, if you are one of the uninitiated, have I got great news for you. The BidBuddy is an automatic bidding tool that is exclusively used on DealDash, and is provided free of charge for anyone to use.

BidBuddy is your new best friend because he is the only way that you can consistently win auctions. The Bidbuddy is extremely easy to use, and even though he seems a little complicated to use the first time you will be thanking him when he starts winning you auctions.

If you have never used your BidBuddy, let me explain it to you:

  1. Do the math to figure out how many bids that you need to put in your BidBuddy to get to the BIN (Buy It Now) price.
  2. Buy enough bids to reach the BIN price of the auction you are thinking of winning.
  3. Place the bids that you would like to bid on in the auction in your BidBuddy.
  4. Hit the “Book a BidBuddy button.
  5. Wait for the auction to end.
  6. Claim your win!

After you have booked your BidBuddy you can even turn off your computer if you would like, because your best buddy BidBuddy will automatically start bidding for you, and will take turn bidding with the other BidBuddies until only one is left standing victorious. If you decide that this particular auction isn’t for you, or if the final auction price is going too high, don’t worry,  you can cancel your BidBuddy at any moment and you can either take a loss on the bids that you have already used on the auction or you can buy the auction at retail price and have all of your bids returned to you immediately to use in another auction.

I very rarely see anyone win by using single bids. The BidBuddy gives you an edge over anyone who bids without BidBuddy. BidBuddy is really the only way that you are going to be able to bid on more than one auction at once and be able to win. BidBuddy can also help if the particular auction you are interested in run very long – some auctions last multiple hours or even days. There’s no way to be able to bid while you’re sleeping except for your bestie BidBuddy!

During the summer one of the “hottest” categories on DealDash is the Hobbies, Toys, Outdoors, and Games section. Let’s see what everyone is bidding on this summer.

The Hobbies, Toys, Outdoors, and Games category has tons of fun things for kids and kids at heart alike. There is sports equipment like bikes, trampolines, and swimming pools which are always great things to try and win to please the whole family. The pools are especially great because they can be set up and taken down and stored for the next summer. In addition to sports equipment there are also some “grown up toys” such as projector screens for the backyard, drones, and even go karts! The Hobbies, Toys, Outdoors, and Games category truly has something for everyone.

If you look past the wildly popular items that I listed above there are also some hidden gems in the Hobbies, Toys, Outdoors, and Games category. For instance, did you know that you can find gun cabinets in this category? It’s true!
