I love lists, and there’s nothing better than a DealDash list! If you want to be successful when playing on DealDash, then it’s wise to learn everything that you can about DealDash and it’s interworkings. Here are my Top 3 secrets of a successful DealDash bidder. Read on, study DealDash, win more auctions.

#1 Use the BidBuddy

The most successful DealDash bidders always use their BidBuddies. When bidding on DealDash you need to use the BidBuddy to win – because everyone else is using it, and if you don’t you are cheating yourself out of a useful tool. I strongly encourage you to give the BidBuddy a try.

Each and every DealDash auction page has the bid button that says “Bid Now” and the BidBuddy, which is below the bid now button. Click on the blank area and type in the number of bids you want to use on the item and click “Book a BidBuddy” your BidBuddy will now be set and you can even turn off your computer and the BidBuddy will take care of everything. The BidBuddy will bid up to the number of bids that you booked, and you can adjust that number up or down anytime that you like. Want to be a successful bidder? Then use BidBuddy.

#2 Take the Free Bids & Use Promo Sales

DealDash offers free bids for many different reasons and all of them are simple to claim. Get free bids by posting photos on social media. After you have won and received your auctions you can get free bids by just taking a photo of yourself holding the item and posting the picture on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and more. You can also enter the Facebook free 1,000 bid photo challenge every week for a chance to win.

Take advantage of DealDash promotions and sales. DealDash has fluctuating bid prices, and I personally never buy bids unless they are .14 or less. If you have an emergency and you need to buy bids – well, you should have thought ahead! DealDash also has other fun promotions sometimes such as “No Bidders after $3”, and “Free Auction Weekends.” Be sure to take advantage of these, they can save you bids and money as well.

However, there is a little bit of thinking and planning to do if you want to put your best foot forward and start winning auctions. You’ll need to do a little thinking ahead, planning, and making strategic decisions to avoid making some common mistakes. Here are some ideas and tips from DealDash to help you.

Don’t Get Overwhelmed

Being a new bidder on DealDash can be a little overwhelming. There are so many different auctions, bidders, things to learn, and blinking lights that it can get a little confusing at first. Don’t worry, there are some things that DealDash has implemented to help out new and old bidders alike. The easiest way to not get overwhelmed is to have a firm game plan when you are using the website. Stick to your plan, bid with thought, and be prepared. Just click the button that says “Alert me” and DealDash will send you a quick email when they have scheduled an auction for this item. Easy!

Don’t Be Afraid to BIN an Item

Do you know what BINning an item means? To BIN means to “Buy It Now.” When you BIN an item, you simply pay the retail price of the item and you will get all of your bids back! Yup, it’s that easy! When you have decided that you’re not going to win a particular auction, just stop bidding and hit the “Buy It Now” button. After you’ve paid the retail price for the auction DealDash will immediately credit your account back with all of the bids that you spent on that auction. They will then send out your item with free shipping and tracking (unless it’s a gift card), just like you had won the auction. It would be a huge mistake not to BIN an item that you have lost.

Are you getting all of the items possible on DealDash? If you’re not bookmarking and using alerts then you could be winning more!

Have you seen the bookmarking and alert features on DealDash? DealDash has made it easy for you to know when all of your favorite auctions are coming up. You’re missing a lot of great auctions if you aren’t using the DealDash “Bookmarking” and “Alert Me” features.

Getting DealDash Alerts is Easy

Every item that you see on DealDash has been available previously, is currently available, or will be available in the future. If you search for a particular item and it is listed but there isn’t a starting time it means that this product isn’t up for auction right now. However, don’t fret, because you can always set an alert for yourself.

“How can I get alerts?” you might ask – it’s simple and just takes a second of your time. All you have to do is click the button that says “Alert me” and DealDash will send you an email when DealDash has scheduled an auction for this item. DealDash will alert you when the auction is starting within a couple of days, and then again when the auction is starting within a couple of hours.

No matter what you search for, you can set a DealDash alert. For example, a few months ago I decided that I wanted to buy an automatic litter box. There wasn’t currently an auction for the litter box, so I set an alert. True to their word, DealDash sent me an email and let me know when there was an automatic litter box preparing to start. Sadly, I didn’t end up winning that auction – but I did BIN (Buy It Now) it!

How Do I Bookmark an Auction?

DealDash has thousands and thousands of unique items up for auction every single day, seven days per week. Bookmarking is a quick and easy click of a button that will save you from the disappointment of missing a great DealDash auction.

If you’re anything like me, you probably do a lot of browsing on DealDash. When you are browsing and see an item that is coming up just bookmark it! Just click on the little outline of a star in the upper right corner of the auction and you’re good to go! The little star will turn solid, and the auction will now be pinned to your DealDash home page. Easy peasy!

When it comes to things I love about DealDash, the BidBuddy is way up there on the list.

Quality and Selection of Items

Another thing to love about DealDash is the quality and selection of items they have up for bid. On some pay-to-bid sites, they only offer gift cards! Where is the variety in that? DealDash offers gift cards, of course, but they also have 6 other categories to pick from. There are hundreds of different items offered up for auction on DealDash every single day. Do you know that I love? Free bids. That’s right free bids, available every day from DealDash. There are different ways to get these free bids, and the easiest way is to just sign-in to DealDash every day. Really, it’s that simple. The more days in a row that you show up, the more free bids that you will receive. I currently receive 30 bids each day for just showing up and placing a few bids!
