You Know What’s Fun? Promotions!

DealDash often runs special promotions. Not every single day, but at least a few times per week. You need to check every day to see if one of these great promotions is running.

50, 75, or 100 auctions start at once. During this ultra-fun promotion, many auctions start at the exact same time. This promotion often takes place during a holiday weekend, but it has happened other times as well, so be sure to check in with DealDash often to see if this promotion is running.
FREE auction wins. A free auction means that there is no final auction fee that needs to be paid. You will just be charged .01 as a processing fee.
Half-priced auction wins. A half-priced auction means that whatever the final auction fee is listed, it will be half of that final price.
No Jumpers $3. This promotion doesn’t let any new bidders join the auction after the auction price has hit $3. This promo means less competition in individual auctions. This promotion is fun because with a little persistance you can get some very high value items for less money than usual.

However, buying them isn’t the only way to go, of course, you could also win them in auction or earn them for free. It’s up to you how you want to get your next bid pack from DealDash. Bid on Bid Packs

If sale-priced bids aren’t your thing, why not bid on them, then? I’ve won quite a few bid packs over the years, but never a very large pack. I believe that 300 bids is the largest bid pack that I have won.

If you’ve only got 20 or 25 bids left in your bid bank and nothing to spend them on, try bidding on bid packs. you can place a few bids on a bunch of different bid pack auctions, or spend them all on one bid pack auction. It’s totally up to you – DealDash is the place where bidders can make their own decisions.

Free Bids are Always Welcome

Running out of bids is a common problem. Thankfully, DealDash likes to give out bids to their loyal bidders. There are quite a few different ways to obtain free bids from DealDash’s generous offers. In case you didn’t know, you can get free bids from DealDash by signing in and placing at least 1 bid daily, taking a selfie of yourself with your DealDash auction win, and you can also amass “clock time” by being the highest bidder in any auction. If people are playing nicely, that’s approximately 8-9 sweet, sweet clock seconds every time you bid.

Use Free Bids to Bid on Bids

A quick and easy way to score some bid packs on DealDash is to use your free bids to bid on larger bid packs. Bidding on bid packs with your bids that you earned from DealDash is a winning proposition. If you don’t win, no bid deal, since you didn’t buy them anyway. Also, if you win it will be an even more exciting win since they would have been totally free. Also, you will earn even more clock time while you are using your free bids to bid on bid packs.

How Many Items Do You Need to Get?

What are you trying to win as a present for your friend or family member? If you would like to get all of your family members the same thing, such as the same necklace or pair of earrings for your mother and sisters, you might not be able to do that. DealDash has winning limits in place so that no one has an unfair advantage over other DealDash members. If you’re not familiar with DealDash winning limits, they are as follows:

You may win the same item only once per week.
A few auctions are restricted only to users who have never won a “One-Per-User” auction. They are clearly marked.

In the example above, I mentioned that you might not be able to get your mother and your sister all the same earrings for a present this season. Since you may only win one of the same item each week it might be a little late.

However, DealDash has many items that are similar to each other, yet not exactly the same. For example, DealDash carries around 15-20 different styles of earrings. You could win one of each style each week. So you see, you could get them all something similar, but not exactly the same.

BIN the Presents if You Don’t Win Them

If you are set on getting certain gifts for your friends or family members, then that means you’ll want to “go all the way” in the auction. This means that you will put in enough bids to equal the retail price. If you don’t win the item, no problem. You can BIN it! You will be able to use DealDash‘s BIN “Buy It Now” protection on any and all items that you are bidding on for presents. You can get every one of your bids back that you spent on that gift by BINning the item.

When you BIN (Buy It Now) an item when you don’t win you will receive the item, free shipping, and all of your bids back to use in a different auction. You will even get to keep the “clock time” that you earned by bidding on the item. That’s like DealDash giving YOU a present!

Need Help With Anything? No Problem!

You can contact a customer service representative on DealDash anytime, day or night. Just go down to the bottom of the home page and there will be a button that says “Contact Support.” Simply click on that button and you’ll be taken to a screen where you can choose to either send DealDash an email or click on a “Live Support” button.

Personally, I don’t care to do live support, but I have never had a DealDash issue that needed an immediate answer, either. If it’s something important that can’t wait, then live support is just what you need. Perhaps you have a question that can wait a bit longer, in that case, you might want to send DealDash an email. You’ll get a reply back within a day or so. I have actually had a reply back within 2 hours, so emailing doesn’t necessarily mean that you will have to wait a full day for an answer, either.

Bid Sales, Promotions, and Free Bids

DealDash is so happy that you choose to bid on the site that they always offer some great perks to their loyal bidders. There are many things that you might think of when you think of DealDash perks, but I’d say that the top three favorites are bid sales, promotions, and free bids. Here are how those all work:

Bid Sales – Even though DealDash bids are technically worth .60 a piece, DealDash has different sales going on almost every day. A bidder can pick up a bid pack for as low as .12 per bid, but keep in mind that .12 bid sale are usually reserved for holidays.
Promotions – DealDash has many different promotions that are offered. Some of these are 2x and 3x Time As The Highest Bidder (TATHB) which means that you collect time on your time clock even faster than normal. Another bidder favorite regarding promotions is the $3 No Jumper limit. Normally, there are no new bidders allowed into DealDash auctions after the auction reaches a price of $5. However, during this promotion there are no new bidders allowed in after $3. This results in less competition for you.
Free Bids – What’s better than a bid sale? Free bids, of course! You can get free bids on DealDash in a variety of ways such as the TATHB that we talked about in item #2, but that’s only one way! You can also get free bids by just visiting DealDash every day and placing a bid. You will get more free bids each day that you visit DealDash consecutively, until you are getting a cool 30 free bids per day.
