Taking a Closer Look at BidBuddy

Have you used your BidBuddy today?

If you haven’t, you probably should! In this short article I will explain how you use the BidBuddy, as well as why you want to use the BidBuddy. Trust me, if you’re not using your BidBuddy then you aren’t winning as many auctions as you could be.

The BidBuddy is an automatic bidding tool that is exclusively used on DealDash, and is the only way that you can consistently win auctions. The Bidbuddy might look a little intimidating at first, but in reality it’s extremely easy to use, and you will be winning auctions in no time. And don’t worry, there’s no extra charge to use the BidBuddy, DealDash provides it free of charge to anyone who wants to bid.

Here’s the directions on how to use your BidBuddy:

*Put in the number of bids that you would like your BidBuddy to place for you

*Hit the “Book a BidBuddy button.

That’s it! So easy, right? Well, after you have done that, your BidBuddy will automatically place your bids before the bid clock counts down to 0. The BidBuddy will automatically start bidding for you, you don’t even have to have your computer on. If you have changed your mind about the auction, or if the final auction price is going too high, don’t worry,  you can adjust that number up or down anytime that you like.

Another great thing about the BidBuddy is you aren’t tied to just one auction at a time. If you are interested in a few auctions that are going on at the same time it’s practically impossible to be able to watch them all, let alone bid at the right time! You can save yourself some frustration by booking your BidBuddy for the auctions that you are interested in ahead of time. That way you can watch all of the auctions that you are interested in while the BidBuddy is bidding on the other ones for you. It’s like a little friend that tirelessly bids for you, even after you have gone to bed or gotten distracted. It’s definitely the best way to win auctions – I very rarely see anyone win by using single bids. The BidBuddy gives you an edge over the single bidder. It’s there for you, so go ahead and use it!

I hope this helped some of you newer DealDashers! If you’re interested in reading even more tips and tricks check out the “Tactics & Tips” section on DealDash. Good luck and happy bidding everyone!

This Week’s Sale at Deal Dash

One of my favorite things about Deal Dash is that they “mix it up” everyday they feature a new and different opportunity for us to save money.  The site evolves on a daily basis and to me, that is what keeps it interesting.  You need to adjust your bidding style to suit the sale and you’re off!

This week “Cyber Monday in January” the 25th through the 28th Deal Dash is going to mix it up nicely!  On Monday the 25th, 2016 they will have 50 auctions start at 2PM, this is a fun frenzy of bidding and many items go for just pennies! Although this is a fun event, sometimes I bow out and opt into items that are not involved in the sale because if everyone is going to the event, you want to go away from it.  Either way, bids are only .12 cents, so it’s a great time to stock up on bids, you get the best value in bid packs at this price.

2016-01-25_1814

On Tuesday the sale gets interesting, there is a “No New Bidders After $3” Sale, this event is great because there is less competition is the auctions.  If you can get into a under $100 item during this event, there will be very few people in it. Of course that depends on the popularity of the item.  I keep a “wish list” of items I plan on  going after, this way, when I start bidding I don’t start bidding on random items,  I have a plan.  Bidding on random items can be fun and you never know when you might see a great deal ticking without a bidder, when that happens I just have to bid on it!

Visit-Site12

This sale continues through Thursday the 28th and bids range between .13 and .15 for this three day stretch.  Tuesday the 26th – Thursday the 28th, 2016

If you haven’t had a chance to go the the Deal Dash Facebook Page, go and check it out.  Like and Follow and Deal Dash will Follow you too, then you can receive all the updates about the site, new products, sales and my favorite the other players wins,  There you will see everyone who posts their wins for free bids, Deal Dash has awonderful reward for sharing, it’s just another one of the awesome things DD does for us.

Continuing to Look at Different Bidding Styles

If you’re just getting started at DealDash you might be puzzled at all of the different ways that people use to bid on items. This guide is a continuation of last week’s handy guide to different bidding styles.

If you’re used to classic auctions that have prices that raise by tens or even hundreds of dollars at a time you will quickly realize that DealDash is a LOT different. The price raises very slowly at the rate of 1 Penny per bid, and bidding is not as straightforward as you might think. Here are a few other ways that people bid:

The Hello/Goodbye: This particular bidder is very crafty and a little bit tricky. They usually check in at the beginning of the auction with a few bids, then stop bidding. You think that they’re gone, but suddenly they’re back again! This can go on and on for quite a while. It can get a little frustrating for the people who have been bidding consistently to not know if this bidder is going to pop up out of nowhere again, but hey, it’s a great strategy to throw people off of their bidding game.

The MUST Win At ANY price: This type of bidder has always puzzled me, and you see this type of bidder most frequently when DealDash is running one of their 3X or 5X clock time promotions. The MUST Win At ANY price bidder will clearly over bid…And keep on bidding.

Let me give you a great example. A little while back I was bidding on a $100 Toys R Us gift card. Pretty straightforward, right? I started bidding at the same time as another bidder, and we were both using our BidBuddies. As I was getting close to the BIN (Buy it Now) cost which of course is the simple formula of – price of bids X number of bids + final auction price – I figured that the other bidder had done the same calculations, and depending on what price they had purchased their bids would determine if she was going to win, I was going to win, or someone was going to jump in when both of us were out. Well, I hit the BIN cost, and shut off my BidBuddy. I had spent just about $100 in bids + final value, so I BINned the gift card, got my bids back, and wandered off to do something else. Imagine my surprise when I came back an hour or so later and this original bidder was STILL bidding! I couldn’t believe it, so I kept watching.

The bidding went on and on until she eventually “won.” However, I wouldn’t really consider it winning since she clearly spent more on bids + final value. I took note of her bidding name, and whenever I noticed that she was bidding I would watch, and this The MUST Win At ANY price bidder seemed to do the same thing at every auction. It makes no sense to me, but hey, that’s the great thing about DealDash – you can bid ANY way that you would like, it doesn’t have to make sense to anyone but yourself.

Those are just a couple more of the ways that people like to bid on DealDash. What’s your favorite way? Please stay tuned for future blogs where I will discuss more advanced ways to bid. For now, check out the auctions and see what you would really like to bid on, and try my tips to save bids. See you on DealDash everyone! Good luck and happy bidding.
