I love browsing on DealDash. One of the best ways to browse is to use the categories drop-down menu. This is a great way to discover new things, yet stick to a certain theme. My personal favorite category is Fashion, Health, and Beauty category. (Click here if you want to check it out!) However, move over, FH&B, because there’s a new category in town – bundles! Read on for more information on DealDash categories and bundles.

Need Help With the DealDash App?

DealDash

Bidding on the DealDash app is easy, but you might need help your first time. Here are some tips from the DealDash Blog to help.

Doing anything for the first time can be a little confusing – and maybe even a little nerve-wracking. There’s a learning curve to every computer program, and some are easier to use than others. Luckily, the DealDash app is towards the “easy” side of the scale, rather than the “difficult” side. However, everyone can use a little help when they are first starting out. Here are some tips on using the DealDash app.

Does Your Device Support the App?

The very first thing that you need to do before you get started with the app is to make sure that your device supports the app. You can use a smartphone – Android or iPhone -, an Android-based tablet, an iPad, an iTouch, or a netbook that uses apps. Older phones may not work with the app, so be sure to check and see before you get too excited to use it. Chances are likely your device will support it, but go to this link here and check.

After you have figured out for certain that you can use the app, download it onto your device. Remember, this is a free app that DealDash provides to all of its customers. If for any reason you aren’t a fan of the app, no big deal. You can easily delete it, and you won’t be out any money since it costs $0. You can download the DealDash app at this link right here.

What is the App’s Purpose?

The main purpose of the DealDash app is to be able to bid on the go. You can do lots of other things on the app than bid, but that is mainly what people use it for. You can also open up individual auction pages, do a search for an item, or look through the categories. In addition to all of this, you can set BidBuddies and pay for auctions that you have either won or BINned (Buy It Now.) Again, here is the link to download the free app.

Need Help with the App?

DealDash has a wonderful customer service team, and they can help you with any question, and that includes questions regarding the app. If you’re having trouble downloading the app, signing in to the app, or creating an account on the app just let them know. You can email them and wait for a response, or you can live chat with them as well. It’s your choice. You’re never alone when you use DealDash.

How Can I Contact Customer Service?

Never fear, getting in touch with DealDash customer service is easy. You can contact a customer support rep by going on DealDash and looking for the “HELP” button at the top of the screen. From there you can either open a support ticket or even chat live with a DealDash customer service representative. Or you can just click this link right here.

DealDash is always looking for new ways to make auctions even more fun and exciting. Today, we’re introducing a new feature: Challenges!

Welcome to DealDash! If you’ve been with us for a while, you’ll know that we love to keep things interesting. You may also be aware that we like to run multiple promotions where our customers can earn free bids to use in the auctions. For example, right now we have a Free Bids 3x Faster sale.

What does this exactly mean? Well, each time you are the highest bidder, your bidder bar fills up. When the bar is full, we give you free bids and your level goes up. During “Free bids faster” promotions the bar fills up faster, meaning that you will earn the next level and the free bids faster! Today, the bar is filling 3x faster!

Today, we’re excited to introduce a new way you can earn free bids: Challenges! These new challenges will require you to unlock some achievements, in order to earn a free bid reward.

Our first challenge is called January Win StreakDo you think you can win at least one auction on each day from Friday to Sunday this weekend? If you do so, you will receive 300 free bids!

Keeping it Positive on DealDash!

DealDashLet’s keep things positive on DealDash today, bidders. Read on for some tips and tricks to enjoy your stay on DealDash.

Welcome to the best place to bid, which is DealDash! If you want to participate in the best entertainment shopping site around, then it’s a good thing that you found DealDash. Make sure that you’re keeping it positive on DealDash. Read on to get more information, tips, and tricks to make your stay a positive one.

Free Bids – A Big Positive

Know the easiest way to keep things positive when you’re bidding in auctions? FREE DealDash bids. There’s nothing to be negative about when you’re bidding with little free gifts from DealDash. You can snag some free bids from DealDash in numerous different ways. One way is simply to bid in DealDash auctions. You can gain free bids by visiting DealDash every day and placing a bid, and you can also collect free bids by bidding and filling up their time clocks.

You can also collect free bids from DealDash by sending in photos of yourself with your wins, and also by participating in contests. There is currently a contest that asks bidders to send in their “Best Idea” for DealDash, as well as the “Photo of the Week.”

Stay Positive with Promotions

There are promotions on DealDash a couple of times per week. There are different promos, and you will need to visit DealDash and look on the main banner to see if there is one running that day. Here is a list of some of the most popular promotions that are regularly offered:

  • FREE auction wins. A free auction means that there is no final auction fee that needs to be paid. You will just be charged a .01 processing fee that can be paid with credit, debit, or by PayPal.
  • Half-priced auction wins. A half-priced auction means that whatever the final auction fee is listed, it will be half of that final price.
  • 50, 75, or 100 auctions start at once. This is my favorite promo. You know it’s a day to feel positive when 100 auctions start at the exact same time! This promotion often takes place during a holiday weekend, but it has happened other times as well, so be sure to check in with DealDash often to see if this promotion is running.
  • No Jumper $3. This promotion doesn’t let any new bidders join the auction after the auction price has hit $3. This promo means less competition in individual auctions. However, this is quite a popular promotion, so you need to stay on your toes to be sure that you’re not locked out.

Don’t Psyche Yourself Out and Make DealDash Mistakes

dealdashDealDash can be fun, but sometimes if you think about winning too much you can psyche yourself out. Read this article, it will help.

Newbies and long-time DealDash players alike can think about winning a certain auction and psyche themselves out. This can lead to less enjoyment when using DealDash. Bidding in auctions is supposed to be fun and entertaining, not stressful. There are a few things that you can do to lessen the chance of psyching yourself out, so read on for more information from DealDash.

Pay Attention – But Don’t Stress

I know that I will occasionally watch as auction as it’s going, just waiting for the right time to jump in and bid. Honestly, that’s a good way to psyche yourself out, just waiting and watching. It would be a better plan, in my opinion, to simply place 1 bid to keep yourself in the game. This way you can relax a little, and not be constrained to thing that you need to jump in bidding before you’re ready.

Once you have taken the pressure off of yourself and you know that you aren’t locked out of the auction then you can relax and observe. You can pay attention to the bidders coming and going before you make your move.

Once-in-a-Lifetime Auctions are Rare

Occasionally there will be a “one-off” auction on DealDash that never returns. I can only think of a few things that were only auctioned once and never to be seen again. I know that many people can feel psyched out if they think it’s their “one big chance” to get something.

You can alleviate this feeling by simply browsing through the future auctions on DealDash, or typing the item into the search bar. If you see that there is another auction for the same item starting the next day then there’s no reason to psyche yourself out about “missing” this one if you aren’t able to win.

If you see the item when you do a search, but there isn’t a starting time listed it means that it will most likely be back, but there isn’t yet a second auction for this item scheduled. You can just set an alert, and DealDash will send you an email when this item is going to return to DealDash.

How to Set an Alert

After finding an auction that you would like to be notified on, look on the right side of the screen. There will be a blue button that says “Alert Me”. Click on the “Alert Me” button, then when the item is coming up for auction DealDash will send you an email. You can keep yourself calm because you know that DealDash will let you know when the item of your choice will be back for bidding.

Thanks for Reading the Blog
