DealDash is the best shopping entertainment website around. There are so many things to love about DealDash that it’s hard to pick just one. What are your favorite features on DealDash? Please comment down below and let us know. Here are some amazing things love about DealDash.

Customer Support

DealDash offers wonderfully friendly customer service that can’t be beat! It’s easy to get in touch with a customer support rep by going on DealDash and looking for the “HELP” button at the top of the screen. From there you can either open a support ticket or even chat live with a DealDash customer service representative. It’s fast, friendly, and absolutely superior to other bidding sites out there.

The BidBuddy

The BidBuddy is a favorite feature of many bidders on DealDash. The BidBuddy is one of those great things about DealDash that you aren’t going to be able to get anywhere else. Simply choose the number of bids that you would like to spend on an auction and click “Book a BidBuddy” and he will place all of your bids for you. There’s no need to even stay at the computer. When it comes to things I love about DealDash, the BidBuddy is way up there on the list.

Quality and Selection of Items

Another thing to love about DealDash is the quality and selection of items they have up for bid. On some pay-to-bid sites, they only offer gift cards! Where is the variety in that? DealDash offers gift cards, of course, but they also have 6 other categories to pick from. There are hundreds of different items offered up for auction on DealDash every single day. Check out the variety on DealDash, you’re sure to love it.

Free Bids

Do you know that I love? Free bids. That’s right free bids, available every day from DealDash. There are different ways to get these free bids, and the easiest way is to just sign-in to DealDash every day. Really, it’s that simple. Just go to this link right here every single day, place at least one bid, and DealDash will credit you with free bids. The more days in a row that you show up, the more free bids that you will receive. I currently receive 30 bids each day for just showing up and placing a few bids!

You can also get free bids by posting photos of yourself and items that you have won. You can post these photos to Facebook to get free bids, and you will also be entered to win the weekly 1,000 free bids “best photo” contest. Are you in a bad winning streak on DealDash? Use humor and logic!

I’ll admit it…there are times I get so frustrated on DealDash by not winning that the thought of pummeling my computer with a sledgehammer brings me to a level of uncomfortable diabolical bliss.

Through trial and error and a whole lot of practice, I’ve come to enjoy a moderate level of success on DealDash, but haven’t yet broken into the realm of being a true “experienced bidder”—you know the kind—a bidder that seems to be winning many, many times a day…the ones who seem to be in every auction you’re trying to win.

If I can win one moderately-priced item and a couple smaller items I can exchange to bids each day, I consider it a successful day on DealDash. But lately…not so much.

So the options are to assume to the Jack Nicholson grin as I imagine smashing my computer to smithereens or think it through and do something logical to get me through the bidding slump.

Here are some tricks I’ve learned to help get me through those insanely frustrating times when I just can’t seem to win a thing.

Take a Break

When you are fan of DealDash as much as I am, sometimes taking a break is the hardest thing to do. Why? Because it’s super fun , that’s why! And I will be truthful, sometimes it takes me using up every last bid to force myself to take that break, but it usually helps. Sometimes the break is for a day or two, sometimes longer.

Try a Different Day or Time of Day

Bidding in the morning and all the experienced bidders seem to be in every single auction you are in? Try walking away until the afternoon or evening. The great thing is, no matter what auction you have your eye on and heart set on, there is always another one right around the corner. And experienced bidders have to sleep sometime, right?

The Tips & Tricks Tab

The Tips & Tricks tab on DealDash is really considered DealDash 101. Have you been flying blind and bidding without doing your research? If so, check this area out for a better understanding of how you can start winning more! And if you’re reading this blog, you already know about the customer-written blog section with real strategies and stories.

Vent…Really

Vent. Respectfully. Let all your frustrations out with Customer Service. Seriously. Shoot them an email or log in to connect and chat with someone. I have done this several times and always felt better afterward. A few things to keep in mind though…be respectful. It’s not the Customer Service representative’s fault you are having a bad bidding day but they are more than happy to listen. They can even offer tips and suggestions that may help. I know they have helped me! You may even have a legitimate concern or creative suggestion that they can take to the DealDash team to improve things in the future. DealDash wants to hear what their customers have to say. Trust me on this, as I have said a lot!

Earn Free Bids

Whether you’re on a short sabbatical from DealDash or not, earning free bids always makes everything better. If you are on break, don’t forget to sign in for your daily bid to earn up to 30 bids each day (it only takes one bid!). Ask Customer Service about opportunities to earn free bids through social media or other ways. You may be able to pad your bids bank while you wait it out. And let’s face it, spending free bids feels sooooo good!

Who Ya Gonna Call? DealDash!

If you have a ghost, who ya gonna call? Ghost Busters!

Everybody knows that, but what if you have a problem while shopping on DealDash.com? Then who ya goanna call?

The first thing you should do is go to the home page, scroll down to the big yellow button that says, “Contact Support.” A form will come up for you to fill out and explain your problem. If you do that, a customer service representative will soon contact you to answer any questions or help you solve any issues.

After shopping on DealDash for about six years and winning more than 700 auctions, I only had to contact customer service a few times.

Once I won a set of malfunctioning ear buds that I had given to my granddaughter as a gift. When she finally told me they did not work, a lot of time had passed and I no longer had the return paperwork. However, I contacted the DealDash support staff, anyway. The customer service representative reimbursed me enough bids to win another set. Problem solved.

One other time, a backpack I won was out of stock, so a customer service staff member gave me an option of choosing another one from two different styles. Problem solved.

The important thing is that the DealDash team members have always been easy to reach, easy to work with and I would give them an A-plus grade in customer satisfaction.

Therefore, if you ever have any questions or problems while shopping on DealDash, who ya gonna call? Now you know. The DealDash problem busters!

Do you know everything there is to know about DealDash? Probably not – no one is perfect, and since DealDash is constantly evolving it can be hard to keep up. Luckily, DealDash loves to teach and provides all bidders with a wealth of information that you can use to further your knowledge of the auctions. How can you find this information? Let me show you.

Start at the Source

If you’re new to DealDash, you might not have looked at every link and every page. However, I encourage you to do so. When you check out everything that DealDash has to offer information-wise on the site, you will be as well-informed as anyone else. You’ll possibly even be more informed than some other bidders, and this will give you a nice competitive advantage when bidding in the auctions.

Ask DealDash for Help

Before you ask DealDash for help, though, be sure to read the informative “Tips and Tricks” section that you can see right at the top of the page when you visit DealDash. Just right here and the link will take you to a list of different informational subjects such as booking a BidBuddy, Buying It Now, seeing the winners, and other subjects.

However, if this still doesn’t answer your question or solve your problem then please feel free to open a support ticket on DealDash. You can click this link right here and it will take you to the customer support page. From there you can either live chat with a friendly DealDash employee, or you can open a ticket for support. Don’t ever feel shy or apprehensive about contacting DealDash support. Everyone is very friendly and loves to help customers.

It’s easy to find something that you want to win on DealDash by simply going to the home page and taking a look at what auctions are currently running. There are other ways to find exactly what you want, though. Here are some helpful tips and tricks to find (and win) exactly what you want on DealDash.

Search Using the Search Bar

The easiest way to get what you want in life is to ask for it. The way to ask DealDash for what you want is as simple as using the search bar on the home page. Using the search function on DealDash is fast and simple. Just type in whatever you’re looking for – from perfume to tools, and everything in-between. Get creative with your search terms and you never know what you might find on DealDash.

Browse Through the Categories

DealDash has seven different categories to explore. The categories currently offered are:

Need a Reminder? Set an Alert

If you find an item that you need on DealDash but it’s not currently on auction you are able to set an alert. Setting an alert takes approximately 2 seconds. Once you have found the item you have been searching for, click on the item, and look on the right side of the screen. There will be a blue button that says “Alert Me”. Click on the Alert Me button, and when the item is coming up for auction DealDash will send you an email. Isn’t it nice that DealDash offers this solution for everyone?

Didn’t Win? BIN it for Bids Back

Using the BIN (Buy It Now) feature is the smart way to use DealDash. Do you know how BIN works? It’s simple. To BIN an auction means that you pay retail price for the thing that you didn’t win, and you receive back all of the bids that you placed to use again, as well as free shipping on the product. Since you have everything back that you originally started with, you break even. DealDash offers BIN on all items in their catalog of merchandise.
