I Have Been Frustrated, Too
I can certainly relate to the frustration of not winning because I was a new bidder doing the wrong things once, too! But after some time, I discovered it was all part of the learning process and par for the course of being a new bidder. What helped? Believe it or not, stepping away, educating myself further before bidding again and reaching out to Customer Service for questions helped a lot!
Real Customer Service: Almost as Good as Wins!
Through the learning process, one thing has stayed constant and true and that is the Customer Service Department at DealDash. I have reached out to them when I needed to voice an opinion, make a suggestion or pose a question and they have always been there—a live person—at every instance. With DealDash, the availability of a live person to help almost immediately has been reassuring and appreciated. I never feel like I am bothering t hem and they always present themselves in a friendly and professional manner, willing to help and solve problems.
It’s True: You Win Some, You Lose Some
You can’t argue with wins, but those wins come over time after much practice, patience, learning—and losses! Losing is a part of the winning process. The old adage of “you win some, you lose some” is very true and you must prepare for that. I have lost many more times than I have won and as a bidder, you have to be ok with the losing part as much as you are with the winning part.

I wasn’t always winning at DealDash, but I was willing to learn and to keep learning, to try and to keep trying and to exercise lots of patience and persistence along the way. What resulted was 1,000 wins over 23 months and the proof that DealDash is as real as it gets. If I can win, so can you!
